Emotional Literacy in Pursuit of Equity

In this session we learned how emotions are perceived across different cultural contexts. We explored examples of how teachers and network partners are building emotional literacy in Lebanon and Malaysia, through considering the constructs of gender as well as the implications of COVID-19. Attendees reflected on how they can apply insights from these examples to their work in their own contexts.
