Inclusive Education: A Teacher Led Discussion

Rooted in the findings from the 2020 UNESCO GEM report on Disabilities and Inclusion, in this session teachers from Lebanon, Malaysia and the United States shared their personal reflections and guided participants in reflecting on barriers to participation and learning that exist in local contexts for students with disabilities and learning differences, and teacher mindsets, skills, and knowledge that support inclusive education practices.
